My Fat Loss 4 Idiots Sample Diet Plan

Everyone always asks me what the meal plans are actually like at Fat Loss 4 Idiots...
  • "Are the foods actually good?"
  • "Are these foods something I can make at home?"
  • "Can you give me some sample meals?"
Well, yes, yes and yes.

What happens when you join Fat Loss 4 Idiots is you will have to select at least 14 foods you like from a series of 30 or so foods. You can select all of them if you want. Their online meal generator generates a personalized meal plan just for you, based on your suggestion. This is the closest you will come to free online diet plans that will actually help you lose weight!

Another important thing to consider is that there is NO limit on portions you eat, you just can't "stuff" yourself. Most condiments are allowed, most soft drinks are allowed(even some soda!)

Online Diet Generator The absolute BEST part is this, though: After 11 days, you HAVE to take 3 days off from dieting and eat whatever you want! Isn't that awesome??? Yeah, I thought so too! The purpose of this is to change things up even more so when you do the diet again you burn even MORE fat.

So anyway, here are some sample meals that are tailored for me:

Sample Meal #1:
Turkey Slices, Baked Beans, Cashews

Sample Meal #2:

Deli Meat Sandwich, with lettuce and onions

Sample Meal #3:
Tuna Salad Plate, Pinto Beans, Peanuts

I could go on and on, but they would probably get mad at me for revealing too much. Anyway, you get 4 meals a day(so you never starve) over an 11 day period. You can always change your plan before you start, or make a new one after the first 11 days to get a fresh new diet.

Some other important things to note...you don't have to eat the meals in the order they are given to you. For example, each day is assigned 4 meals. You could eat meal #3 for breakfast, meal #1 for lunch, it doesn't matter.

Also, you might be thinking, ok a Deli Sandwich...what exactly does that mean? Room for a lot of error in interpretation, right? Wrong. They define EVERYTHING for you on your meal sheet. For instance...from their diet generator:

Deli Meat Sandwich:
This means a Sandwich made with the following ingredients only: 2 normal slices of bread, plus ANY deli-style meat of your choosing(such as ham, pastrami, roast beef, turkey, etc.) *You may optionally add lettuce, tomatoes, or onions if you like(these extra veggies are optional). You may also add mustard, ketchup and any other condiment shown in the ALLOWED CONDIMENTS LIST for this diet.

So, as you can see, they've simplified the process so much that you really can't mess this up even if you try.
